  1. Soak tamarind for 30 minutes in lukewarm water. After, take seeds off from tamarind.
  2. In a pan, add tamarind with water and boil it for 2minutes. After, let it cool. Add the paste into grinding jar and grind it.
  3. Now, stain it with a stainer in a bowl. Again, in a pan add 1tsp oil, jeera, boilthe tamarind paste, dry Ginger powder, black salt, jeera powder, plain salt, red chilli powder respectively.
  4. Mix well and boil it for 2minutes. Now, add Jaggery and melt it, add cashew nuts and melon seeds
  5. Mix well. And your Tamarind chutney is ready to serve.
