  3. Keep fri althose then add jackfruit pieces onto it,pour water keep mix well add garam masala powder mix well close lid get 2 vissels,leave for 5 mins then open up mix well add coriander take out to serving plate ready to serve with roti
  4. Ready to serve

The dish goes very well with steamed basmati rice or roti. Jackfruit canned in syrup is sweeter and not suitable for this curry. Young jackfruit can hold a lot of water, so drain it, rinse it in cold running water then let it sit in a colander for the excess water to drain away. Cooking Jackfruit - jackfruit can turn a bit mushy when overcooked so be careful not to overcook it. The same applies to the sweet potatoes.
