  3. In another pan heat oil add cumin garlic ginger paste saute. Then add onion puree cook it till outside oil. Now Add tomatoes puree cook it for 5min. After then add all dry spices mix well stir it.Add fry koftas stir it on low flame for 2-3 min.
  4. Add 1 glass hot water cook it for 5min.
  5. Ready to serve.
