  2. Get 1 Carrot, roughly chopped
  3. Get 10 Beans, chopped
  4. Prepare 2 Brinjal, chopped

  6. Make ready 1 1/2 spoon Rock salt
  7. Prepare 1/2 spoon Turmeric poder
  8. Prepare 4 spoons Groundnut oil
  9. Get 15 pods Garlic crushed
  10. Take 1 sprig Curry leaves, chopped
  11. Make ready 1 Onion, big
  12. Get 1 Tomato, medium sized
  13. Make ready 2 spoons Kulambu milagai powder
  14. Make ready For grinding-
  15. Take 150 grams Coconut
  16. Prepare 1 spoon Saunf
  17. Take For tempering-
  18. Get 1 spoon mustard seeds
  19. Make ready 1/2 spoon Urad dal
  20. Make ready 1 spoon Jeera

Serve the Jackfruit Seeds Stir Fry Recipe along with Mixed Vegetable Sambar, Steamed Rice and Elai. How to make Mixed veg sabzi. To prepare the vegetable curry, Firstly, lets cook the onion tomato masala. For this, take a sauce pot/deep pan and add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, ginger, garlic and green chillies to it.

Instructions to make Jackfruit seed mixed veg sabzi:
  1. Add 4 spoons oil to pan and splutter mustard followed by urad dal and jeera.
  2. Once it splutters add crushed garlic and curry leaves and fry till garlic is golden brown.
  3. Then add onions and fry till golden brown. Then add tomatoes, rock salt and turmeric powder and cook till tomatoes turn mushy.
  4. Then add drumstick and cook for 5 minutes with lid. Then add other vegetables and cook in the oil for 5 minutes.
  5. Before starting the subzi, cut the jackfruit seeds into half and remove the outer layer and boil the same for 20 minutes and keep it ready.
  6. Add the boiled jackfruit seeds to the masala and stir for 5 minutes. Then add kulambu chilli powder and stir well till raw smell goes off.
  7. Then add 1 cup water and cover with lid and cook the vegetables for 10 to 15 minutes till water dries out.
  8. Now add the coconut saunf paste and stir for 5 minutes and your masala is ready. The paste should not be fine.
  9. Serve hot with chapatis, rotis, phulkas, lemon rice, tomato rice, curd rice etc.

Add very little water just until it gets covered up. Heat some oil in the pan. Add a little mustard seeds, after they crackle,add a little turmeric powder and the shredded jack fruit. Saute till the kathal gets tender. Put a lid on the pan.
