Place the pan over high heat and bring to a boil. Let the jackfruit seeds cool, and when they are cool enough to handle, pat them dry and slowly peel off the outer white covering. Add sugar and chopped jackfruit and cook for 3-4mins. Add remaining ghee and roasted cashew and raisins. Sprinkle Cardamom powder. Serve hot of chilled as per your choice.
  4. Note: I have not added food colour. If you wish to add it's always personal choice. Chooses ripened jackfruit that gives more sweetness and colour. If Jack fruit is not sweet then add sugar as per your sweetness.
