  10. Continue layering until you have a final layer of tomato sauce.
  11. Cover the dish with a disk of greaseproof paper and place a lid on the dish.
  12. Place the casserole on the middle shelf of the oven at 110 ºC for 5 hours (low and Slow is the key)
  13. Great on toast or a side dish with Cottage pie
