  16. Prepare Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

  1. Clean and wash lentil then boil it by adding salt and water. Cook on low flame and water almost dry.
  2. Peel and wash Lauki and cut in small pieces dip in water.
  3. Take oil in pan add oinon, ginger garlic paste and stir well.
  4. Add chopped tomato
  5. Add dry ingredients and Mix well.
  6. Add Lauki, chicken cube yakhni and green chilli and mix well and add water and cover and cook on medium flame for 15 minutes or until Lauki is soft.
  7. Now Lauki is ready add boiled lentil.
  8. Add kasuri Methi and mix well and dam for 2 minutes.
  9. Now bottle gourd and lentil is ready. Add fresh coriander leaves.
  10. Serve hot with roti or naan.

Heat oil in a skillet and fry minced garlic until it begins to sizzle. Add mustard seeds, nigella seeds, cumin, red chili, turmeric and fennel seeds, fry till mustard splatters.
