  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

  6. Get 1 tsp chilli powder
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

It is spicy version of the gravy.. If you want only the melon, those vegetables can be skipped. Do not stir the gravy a lot after adding melons if you like to have the pieces in gravy. Heat oil and ghee, pop in fennel seeds.

  1. Peel Melon, remove the seeds and chop the melon in medium diced pieces.. Heat oil in a saucepan,add cumin seeds & mustard seeds. Let it pops, then add chopped melon pieces and salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder,dhaniya jeera powder lemon juice, mix well and cook till it's done around 3 mins.
  2. Ready to serve with roti/paratha.Garnish with fresh Coriander (optional).
