Steps to make Masa da Miyar Taushe:
For this breakfast menu, we start in the night π Soak the rice in water for 3-4 hours. Wash and blend till very smooth.
Mix flour and yeast and add to the blended rice. Mix very well. Cover and allow to stay overnight. This should be done late in the night.
For the soup, blend the pepper, tomatoes and onion. Add half cup oil and fry the veggie a little.
Cook the pumpkin and meat with a little salt and onion and cook. Mix the veggies and the pumpkin together and add required water. Add salt and Maggi and allow to boil.
Add grounded groundnut and allow to cook well.
Add curry and make it taste good π Keep till morning.
In the morning, add water, sugar, baking powder and small amount of potassium alum water in the blended rice and mix well.
Place your masa pan. Sprinkle oil and start to fry. Turn when it is done.
