  3. Heat oil in frying vessel on medium flame for deep frying pakoras. Take 2 tbsp. hot oil and mix it in pakora batter(Hot oil helps to make pakora crispy). Scoop out ball sized pakora and drop in hot oil carefully. Fry pakoras until it turns golden in color.
  4. Serve hot and crispy pakoras with homemade tomato Sauce, sliced onion and punjabi curd.
